Jacqui was a friendly and very attentive dentist who has a very bright future in this industry she did a routine checkup for me and she was very efficient and the job was done in less than 20 minutes I would recommend eDentistry for anyone.

My first visit here and I left feeling so comfortable and happy. Dr. Jacqi Vaidya was so patient and understanding of my intense anxiety and phobia, she walked me through everything she was doing, asked permission for things, and just took as much time and care as needed to make sure I was doing okay. She was genuinely wonderful, and at no point did I feel “lectured”, rather understood and accepted. I will happily go back to her for a follow up, and for the rest of my dental treatments.

Dr Jacqui Vaidya is a very professional and skilled dentist who takes the time to look at your overall health and how that can impact your dental health. Can I just say this was the best dentist experience I have ever had. I have had a phobia of dentists most of my life. I have been putting off going due to this fear. From the initial phone call to first visit. Dr Kim and the admin staff were amazing. So kind, non judgemental and very gentle. A very lovely experience, they made me feel at ease the minute I walked in the door. Thank you so much Dr Kim and staff at eDentistry Wantirna.
