Was quoted a price over the phone by the receptionist. At the end of getting tax return done, was charged another amount. Rang to get a refund and was told someone would return my call. Waited another week and I had to ring them again. Management never rang back, but ( the receptionist) sent a email saying that receptionist is no longer with them and no refund will be given even after admitting there mistake. Not trustworthy and bad management.

I have lived in the NT for 9 years and have tried numerous accountants to find one that I liked. George at TCA was the first one I came across that fights hard to help you obtain a good tax return while at the same time being completely legal. He also provides sound advice and is personable. Because of this I have gone to him for the last 5 years and am planning to see him again next FY. Great service 10/10.

She is not only very professional with a wealth of knowledge & advice but, such a lovely girl to work with. I hope she never leaves as I look forward to seeing her every year.
